Most TDs offer multiple shipping options:
EMS/ePacket: 10-20 days. Cheapest. Moderate customs inspection rate. Good for patience buyers.
DHL/FedEx Express: 5-10 days. Faster but goes through stricter customs hubs. Higher seizure risk in some countries.
Triangle shipping: Ships to a transit country (often UK, Malaysia, or Dubai) then re-ships to you. Adds 3-5 days but significantly reduces customs risk. Recommended for US, EU, and Australian buyers.
4PX/Yanwen: Budget shipping for cheaper watches. 15-30 days. Lowest customs risk but slowest.
Low risk: UK, most of Asia, Middle East Moderate risk: US (varies by port of entry), Canada, most of EU Higher risk: Germany, France, Italy (strong luxury brand protection)
Triangle shipping is recommended for moderate/higher risk countries. EU buyers should consider dealers with EU stock (Supermirrors) for zero customs risk.
Most TDs include a customs seizure warranty: if your package is seized, they'll ship a replacement free. Confirm this with your TD before ordering.
If you receive a customs letter: do NOT respond, do NOT sign for anything, do NOT claim the package. Contact your TD for a replacement shipment.
